Learners play Among Us on a safe, private server. Students develop communication, teamwork, and strategy while enjoying this popular online game. Conversation is moderated to ensure a safe environment. The only danger is from imposters.

Class Experience

We will play Among Us together in a private game - only the learners in the class will be in the game. Learners will need to have a device that will play Among Us in addition to one for the Zoom meeting. Please be sure to download Among Us before class, if you haven't already. 

In class, I will begin an Among Us game and share the password in the Zoom meeting. Then, we will practice teamwork, strategy, and communication to find out who is the imposter and save the crew (or not). Sometimes...

Learners will need a second device on which to play Among Us during class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Among Us contains mild cartoon violence. Parents are encouraged to review and approve the game prior to class.
