Students will learn different ways to move their bodies. Student will also practice listening comprehension skills as well as their drawing skills.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
For safety reasons children should have an open area to workout and complete the activity. A water bottle is suggested. As with any exercise program there is always a potential for injuries, parental guidance is recommended.
