Students will learn all about the symbols, songs and traditions of the United States of America. We'll learn about the influential people who helped shaped these symbols, traditions and songs into the American culture. Students will learn about Benjamin Franklin, Betsy Ross, Francis Scott Key, and more. Students will learn about the Statue of Liberty, Bald Eagle, The Star Spangled Banner, the American Flag and more. Students will learn class discussion, pictures and videos.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
