Description

Class Experience

Students will learn more in-depth knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) such as ASL Grammar, Deaf Culture, and sign phrases.
I have been a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for 10 years. I have worked with students who use ASL as a primary language and with ASL Interpreters. I took four years of ASL classes in college.
Assessment is done informally by me throughout the lesson. With their cameras on, I can provide direct feedback to students on their signing accuracy from the signs I teach them.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
