Class Experience

In this on going class students will learn new signs each class. Each class there will be a new topic. The topics will be stand alone and class will not build upon each other.  Students are welcome to come and go as their schedule allows.

Week 1 .  Topic: ASL letters and numbers: Class 1:Letters, learning how to sign letters and how to fingerspell your name. 
  Class 2: Numbers learn how to sign number 1-100 and days of the week.

Students will learn how to sign new ASL signs each class!

 I love American Sign Language and I enjoy teaching this beautiful language.  I have taken 4 years of formal ASL classes. I have also taught middle school ASL in a traditional classroom setting. I also enjoy signing songs in ASL for different events. This class will be fun and low key, but students will learn many new signs  and skills in a short time.  I have also completed many ASL classes here on  Outschool.

No other supplies are needed for class.  A few handouts will be available for the students throughout the class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

This class is appropriate for all ages!
