Description

Class Experience

To be able to sign with both voices on and voice off. 

Be able to know the difference between Signed English and American Sign Language.

By the end of these eight weeks, you will be able Fingerspell your name and essential words and numbers.
Basics about deaf culture
Understanding of ASL sentence structure 
Understanding of Classifiers

I have been teaching American Sign Language for over 15 years. I worked in the Deaf community for 10 years.  I teach a music and movement program in my local area and teach American Sign at different Preschools in my local area.  We use signs to community as my daughter who is Hard of Hearing .   My teaching style is make learning fun and keep learning.  
Just practice what we learned each week! We will learn about the sentence structure in American Sign Language.  We will  sign with both our voice on and voice off.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
