In this ongoing class, learners will be able to use American Sign Language to communicate with their peers in the classroom.

Class Experience

This class will be entirely learner led and have the ability to utilize conversational skills (while learning) to have conversations using entirely American Sign Language. While having prior knowledge of the language is HIGHLY recommended, it is not required. I will not be teaching many new signs like I do in my other American Sign Language classes.

As someone who is hard-of-hearing, I love sharing my language and culture with learners here on Outschool. This is something that I am very passionate about in my day-to-day life.

Learners will need:
> Their hands
> Positive attitude
> Open mind

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Kahoot

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
