Description
Class Experience
Students will leave this course with an understanding of the immigration movement of 1872-1914 and the conditions that they lived and worked in.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Education with an emphasis in History. I have studied history extensively through my undergraduate courses and taken Many courses that focuses on American history. I am a certified teacher and I currently hold a valid teaching certificate. I have been teaching history in both the high school and middle school setting for 4 years. This unit has been implemented in a traditional classroom setting under the supervision of administration and meets Arizona Teaching Standards. I am willing to answer any questions prior to class about what students can expect if they are concerned about the sensitivity of the topic.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
