Class experience
The students will learn about the disputed presidential elections of 1824, 1876, and 2000. For each of the three elections, the class will focus on the candidates, the disputes, and the outcomes. The teaching style of this class includes slides, discussions, and a fun opener. The students will be actively involved and will use critical thinking. No required experience or knowledge is necessary for this class, but it is very helpful for students to have a general understanding of the U.S....
