Description
Class Experience
Students will write a script, plan using a storyboard, and film a movie.
💫 Certified teacher in Elementary Education, ESOL, and Middle School Social Studies 💫 BA in History, M.Ed in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt 💫 Creator of movies - along with my family - that have won numerous awards and shown in festivals around the country 💫 Movie credits include actress, producer, casting director, and publicist 💫 Web, video, and written content creator (YouTube, social media, and blogging) 💫 Multiple collaborations with American Girl for 5 years, building a collection of over 22 dolls & accessories 💫 Collaboration with Disney involved flying to Hollywood to write & share posts from the red carpet of 'Coco' and 'Olaf's Frozen Adventure'
Monday: Share your Flipgrid Introduction video. Finish brainstorming a list of ideas for your script, and begin writing the script. Download any app you plan to use for filming. Begin making props. Tuesday: Flipgrid Practice with Technology video is due no later than Thursday. Continue writing the script, which you will read aloud in class tomorrow. Wednesday: Revise and edit your script. Finish your props, choose sound effects, and begin filming. Thursday: Film your movie. Make sure to upload to Flipgrid so we can celebrate and watch it in class tomorrow! Friday: No homework.
