Description

Class Experience

Students will gain knowledge about classic dance moves from certain eras, while dancing with their favorite American Girl Doll friends.
I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education learning the best ways to teach all subjects and create a learning environment that is warm and welcoming for all students. I have been dancing for 18 years in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and musical theater.
American Girl dolls are welcome as well as any other doll friends!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
6 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Historical events will be discussed including the Great Depression, Pearl harbor, polio, and the Civil Rights movement, but from the perspective of the American Girl Dolls. Students are welcome to wear outfits pertaining to each era.
