Class Experience

Students will learn how to improve their skills in the kitchen, learn to cook Thai food and learn about Thai culture.
I've been teaching cooking and baking for a few years now. I have experienced with a range of different ages and one of the things that I really love, is being able to share and connect with your child and help them learn efficiently and passionately.

I have trained as a chef all my life from my family's restaurant in Thailand, French and Japanese restaurants in New Jersey and now in my home kitchen for my little picky eaters in California, so I constantly learn how to be creative in my kitchen. I have also had the opportunity to travel to Paris and baked with some of great pastry chefs there early this year.

I absolutely love cooking and traveling. I pick up a new cooking and baking skill everywhere I have visited around the world, from Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Egypt, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, England and so on. I am so passionate about great and unique food and would absolutely love to share with you how to have fun and be creative in the kitchen.
60 minutes in class, and an estimate 0-1 hours per week of homework individually.
Before the cooking camp - a supply list will be posted with the different items that you will need for what we are making each day in the classroom. The list will be provided at least 7 days in advance. You will also receive a handout and a step by step guide of what we are making each day as well.
3 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
For the young learners, parental guidance is highly recommended as we will be handling hot appliances and other hazardous objects in the kitchen.
