We will learn all about TWO different amazing animals each week from one of my favorite places in the world, the Amazon Rainforest! Enjoy a weekly trivia challenge each weekend as well!

US Grade 2 - 5
In this ongoing course, your child will learn about everything from the coolest, creepy crawlies on the forest floor, to the most amazing animals hiding among the rainforest's canopy, and let's not forget about the creatures who lurk in the mysterious Amazon River! For a weekly breakdown of topics, please see the course outline at the bottom of this section. Ongoing courses loop back around, so if your child starts mid course, they can simply loop around until they get all of the animals...
This class is taught in English.
- Students will learn many things such as habitat, behavior, diet, and fascinating facts about 2 amazing species each week. There will be some live appearances from my own collection of reptiles every now and then, when relevant to the class material.

Frequency: includedDetails: Classroom discussion and trivia will be used to informally assess learning.
An optional printout for taking notes will be provided
Topics which may come up are evolution, reproduction, and natural selection. Approved third party tools such as Youtube and Kahoot! will be used weekly. No account required.
