Amazing Animals Around the World ~ Enjoy learning fun facts, playing games and answering trivia about two amazing animals each week from around the world. In this weekly class, learners will have the opportunity to learn about 2 amazing animals from around the world. Questions are encouraged during class time to further the learner's knowledge about each animal. Fun facts and trivia for each animal will be included in our weekly discussions as well as animals living and extinct. Habitats, survival skills, animal anatomy and classification will also be discussed. Learners will have time to share details of their favorite animals as well. Each week learners can add any animal to the list that they want more information about. Animal print outs are available each week. Example of the animal list: Week of April 7th - Bugs & worms Week of April 14th - Big and small land animals Week of April 21st - Spiders & Lizards Week of April 28th - Feathers & Scales This class is inclusive and everyone is welcome. Learners need to check in on camera at the beginning of class per Outschool policy.

Learning Needs
This class is supportive of ASD, Dyslexia, ADHD and many other learning needs for all types of learning styles. All materials are read aloud by the teacher. Movement, snacks, drinks and doodling is allowed during class time as well.
Supply List
Print outs are available on the class page. Learners don't need it for class, but might like to color or fill it out while learning about the animals. Colored pencils or markers may be needed for the print outs.
