How do animals survive in the wild? Why do some creatures have fur while others have scales? In this interactive class, learners will discover the fascinating world of animal adaptations through live animal encounters, engaging discussions, and a fun activity. We’ll meet some live animal ambassadors and explore how their unique traits—like camouflage, sharp claws, or special body coverings—help them thrive in their habitats. What to Expect: ✔️ Class is taught with a power point in the first part of class to introduce what adaptations are ✔️ Meet & Observe Live Animals up close ✔️ Ask Questions & Interact with Fellow Animal Enthusiasts ✔️ Play Adaptation Bingo at the end of class to see if your learner can match the clues to the animal! From reptiles with built-in armor to mammals with super hearing, learners will see these adaptations in action and gain a deeper appreciation for the animal kingdom. Join us for an exciting journey into the science of survival—every class is a wild adventure!
