What will be taught?
Embark on a journey through the alphabet with me in our dynamic Montessori-inspired online class, Alphabet Adventures. Together, we'll dive into the world of alphabetizing, a crucial skill for mastering language and literacy. From understanding letter sequences to sorting words and phrases, you'll develop essential organizational and language abilities in an enjoyable and interactive setting.

What topics will you cover?
In Alphabet Adventures, we'll cover:

Grasping the concept of alphabetical order
Sorting words and phrases alphabetically
Identifying patterns within alphabetical sequences
Enhancing vocabulary and language skills through engaging alphabet activities

How is the class structured?
Join me for a structured and immersive learning experience. Each session blends interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and collaborative exercises to reinforce your understanding. You'll progress through structured lessons, building upon your alphabetizing skills with every lesson.

How will I teach?
My teaching approach is grounded in Montessori principles, prioritizing hands-on learning and exploration. I'll employ a range of multimedia resources, including interactive games, slides, video clips, and lively discussions, to cater to your individual learning preferences and interests. If you have never heard of Montessori or are not too familiar with Montessori, that is ok, with this course you can easily join without any experience what-so-ever. 

What's my teaching style?
My teaching style is nurturing and student-centered. I'm dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment where you feel valued and encouraged to explore at your own pace. Together, we'll cultivate curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity, nurturing a lifelong love for learning.

How much will learners get to interact with me and each other?
You'll have plenty of opportunities to interact with both me and your classmates throughout our sessions. Interactive activities will include:

Engaging lessons to delve into key concepts
Fun educational games and activities for hands-on learning

Lesson 1:
The basics
 Talking about the alphabet and why we alphabetize. The rules to alphabetizing.

Lesson 2:
Step one!
 Taking the alphabet and rearranging the letters. Starting to look at full words.

Lesson 3:
Step two!
 Placing full words into alphabetical order with first letter. Working on words that have two of the same letters. 
30 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Step three!
 Ending our lesson, learning about multiple words that start with the same letter and putting them in order. Wrap up and review.
