Description

Class Experience

In this summer camp, students will learn all 26 letter in the alphabet.  They will learn all there is to know about these letters.  Each day we will focus on just one letter, learning 5 new letters a week.  We will learn through visuals, songs, and hands on material.  Students will build their letters with big lines, little lines, big curves, small curves, and then with playdoh.  They will first trace and then write their letter on their own.  They will also learn the sound of each letter. ...

Learning Goals:  
Identifying all 26 letters of the alphabet. 
Writing all 26 letters
Matching sounds to words/images

Print outs 
big line, little line, big curve, small curve sheets
playdoh
markers/pencil

2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
