Description
Class Experience
Learners will practice the letters of the alphabet, phonetic sound and how each letter is associated with an animal. Each letter is an animal that helps learner to remember the letter. Example: 'A' as in a-a-a - A-N-T. In class we will cover words starting with each letter of the alphabet and making sounds of the letters. We will also practice spelling simple words such as ant, bat, cat, dog, frog, etc. and other CVC words by sounding them out. It is an interactive class and we will be...
This class is taught in English.
Learners will learn the letters of the alphabet, phonetic sound and how each letter is associated with an animal.
Learners may want to practice tracing letters with their finger to begin the concept of writing the letters.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
3 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
