Each class will begin with a show and tell, where students will bring items to share, that begin with the Letter of the Day. Every learner will be given time to show their classmates their objects and share the letter...
Students will be able to identify letters and their sounds Students will be able to identify words that begin with specific letter sounds. This small alphabet club class will be a great place for students to practice and review letters of the alphabet. The small grouo setting will also give students a good opportunity to use their social and conversation skills as they interact and cooperate with their classmates. Throughout the lesson my focus will be to review the letters with students, and also to support students as they use those important social and communication skills throughout the game.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
In advance of class students will be sent materials to print out and use in class.
