Yoga is over 5000 years old, it has its roots in India..
Today it has become more popular than ever..
What is yoga? It is more than a physical practice...
Yoga has 8 limbs or sections.
Meditation, breathwork, and focus are a few of these limbs.
There are many forms of yoga, many parts of yoga, and hundreds of ways to practice yoga .
The benefits of yoga cannot be counted.
Students will be encouraged to ask questions and participate in the discussion.

Let's see what it is all about.
Each class will end with a different yoga posture and meditation.

March 1
Discussion will be about the origin of yoga.
March 8
Discussion will be on the postures of yoga.
March 16
Discussion will be on breathing exercises.
March 24
We will be exploring various types of meditation.
