I was a classroom Pre-K teacher for 3 years before becoming a Stay at home mom/ online ESL teacher. I built my curriculum from the ground up and am loving the opportunity to continue teaching during this season of life. I had several students reading before Kindergarten and many English Language Learners speaking English at the end of the year.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I attempt to leave everyone unmuted, but I often mute to eliminate background noise or distractions. It is recommended that students know how to unmute themselves independently or have an adult nearby to help. I often provide extra optional activities to do outside of class that learners may need assistance with.
