*** Get $5 off the first class "All things horses!" with coupon code NATAL55 🌟🐴In the first class, students will help create a KWL chart (know, want to know, and learned) on horses. 🌟🐎Questions students ask about horses will be answered in following classes as well as horse activities and crafts created. 🌟🏇🏻Over the course of the ongoing class, students will also learn about horse vocabulary, body parts, the difference between a race horse and farm horse, and about the famous Kentucky Derby. 🌟🧲My class will be structured in a fun and engaging way to capture students attention. I will be using hands-on activities, we will be making crafts together, going on virtual field trips, and even seeing a real horse! 🌟🐴I will teach in an "I do, we do, you do" fashion. This simply means I will always model and show what I expect from my students, we will do it together to reinforce what they learned, and then the students will show me, either individually or as a group, what they have learned by demonstrating it without me. 🌟🐎Students will interact via Zoom thru discussions, using the annotations and remote tools, and chat if applicable (age). We will play games, view slides, watch videos, read books, and have discussions after etc. 🌟🏇🏻No prior experience or knowledge is needed. This is a beginners guide to all things horses. From foals (baby horses) to racing for prize money; we will be learning together along the way. Topics to be covered: 1. Sept 22nd: KWL chart (know and want to know section filled in) & Vocabulary words. 2. Sept 19th: Review vocabulary words, facts about horses & what they can do, have, and are. 3.
