I've been playing music in some form or another for most of my life. Ranging from a stage of 1000 people (playing bass for my sister), to coffee houses, nursing homes, and public events. My wife and I have written 18 songs, and I've collaborated with many of my students to write and perform music together. I currently use GarageBand software for recording my own music, and students' music. I do all my own repair work on my instruments. 
Oh, and last year I opened for Josh Kaufman, Season 6 winner of The Voice.

I do not have a certification in ADD or Dyslexia assistance, but my oldest daughter has both and I've learned a lot through the years (mostly patience, encouragement, and creativity in relaying information and keeping students engaged).

There are no prerequisites for this class. Students of all ages, skill levels, and passion for music creation are welcome.
