In this one-time class, students will be free to explore their individual movement and style. We will have fun using dance games and prompts that spark creativity! This class is not only for dancers but for anyone who wants to move!

Class Experience

Get ready to dance your heart out! During this 30 minute improvisation class, students will begin to learn more about their own personal style of movement. After a quick warmup to get our blood flowing, learners will be led through a series of unique prompts that encourage individual exploration of movement. Creativity is encouraged! Students may choose to dance in any style of dance they wish. 

There will be periodic check-ins where learners will be given the opportunity to discuss how...

Students will gain a better understanding of their individual style of dance and walk away feeling more confident in themselves.

Students should have a clear space to dance free from any hazards. Students may also choose to wear dance shoes of their preference, or they may choose to go barefoot. Have a full bottle of water handy!

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

This class involves physical activities that require adequate space to move around freely, proper footwear, and plenty of water to stay hydrated. Parental or Guardian supervision is recommended.
