Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 6
In this one-time class, learners will see fascinating images as they enjoy a slide-show presentation about tornados in a lecture/discussion based class. No prior knowledge is needed. Each child will be encouraged to participate and ask questions. Learners will learn how tornados occur and why they are considered a natural disaster. This is a thrilling science lesson filled with cool facts. Your child will develop better public speaking skills and a love for learning as they learn about a topic of interest to them. I look forward to seeing you in class.

Parental Guidance
Since tornados can be dangerous I do discuss the causes and need to be careful around areas in which they occur. Learners will be allowed to ask questions and I will handle them in a positive way. This is not a scary class, but an informative one.
External Resources
