Class Experience

In this 30min class, we will talk about the basics of money and goals.  What IS money? How do we earn it and save it? What is the difference between needs and wants? How do we learn the value of different things?

Mrs. Alyx is a CFP professional and Financial Advisor who has taught money and finance classes from preschool to College level. Using interactive visuals and questions, learners will bring their own experiences to class. Kids love coming up with ideas on what their financial lives...

We will use discussion and visual worksheet prompts to cover:
What is Money?
Needs vs. Wants
How do people get money?
How much do we save, and how?

Writing materials (paper, pen/pencil)

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
