In this 4 meeting course, students will dive into the world of marine mammals. Students will learn all about whales, dolphins, walruses, manatees, seals, and more! Each week will focus on a particular category of marine mammals. The lessons will integrate vocabulary relating to marine mammals and their habitat. There will be many opportunities for students to discuss and react to the lesson. The presentation is full of information and clear and interesting pictures. This course has 4 lessons...
Students will be able to... -define a marine mammal. -learn about the conservation status of animals (endangered, least concern, extinct, etc.) -know a variety facts relating to different marine mammals.
