Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello!
I'm from a small town in Northern California. I began my teaching career as an English Teacher in a small town in Thailand known as Lopburi the City of Monkeys. Following my year in Thailand I returned back to California to continue my teaching career. It has now been 4 years of teaching 6th grade and I absolutely love it.
Im excited to share my love of teaching 6th grade curriculum, but also to expand and teach other passions as well. Along with my teaching degree I have a bachelors in Agricultural Science and minor in Animal Science. I enjoy learning and teaching about all things animals. I cant wait to share my knowledge and love of animals.
When I am not in my classroom you can usually find me riding my horse Millie, walking my two dogs, feeding my chickens, or caring for one of my many houseplants. I have recently acquired an interest in botany and have spent the summer growing an enormous garden (which my chickens love). If you ever want to have a conversation about plants and animals, I'm your gal!!
Im excited to see you in some of my classes!
