This one time class is designed to cover all operations on fractions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions. This class helps to deepen the knowledge and understanding in this topic and can also be used for review. I introduce the topic with notes, and example questions, and involve students a lot to make sure they are following along. Students are guided through the problems and they are encouraged to ask questions. Students can also bring their questions about the topic to discuss in the class. I use a digital whiteboard to share worksheets and show steps on the same whiteboard. A practice worksheet with answer key is also provided.
