In this one time class, students will learn fun facts about flamingos, play a flamingo trivia game, and make a flamingo craft.

this class, student will learn all about flamingos. The teacher will read through an informational text and will discuss all of the interesting facts they hear. In addition, this class will include video clips, and a teacher made slide presentation. We will also play a Kahoot! trivia game. The class will end with the teacher guiding the students through a simple flamingo craft. The students will have the option to share their work with the class. I create a positive classroom where students are engaged, comfortable, and eager to learn.

Supply List
Paper plate, pink and black paint, googly eye, pink tissue paper, glue stick or Elmer's glue, scissors. black construction paper for legs, paint brush. This activity must be supervised by an adult.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
