Teacher Autumn brings over 15 years of teaching experience and a passion for backyard farming to the classroom. With her background in education and hands-on experience raising chickens on her property, she offers a unique perspective on these feathered creatures. As an artist and beekeeper, Teacher Autumn enjoys exploring the intersection of art, nature, and education, making her the perfect guide for this class on chickens.

Handouts containing valuable information about chickens, along with links to educational videos, will be provided for students to explore at their own pace. Additionally, hands-on activities will be available for those who prefer a more tactile learning approach. Students are encouraged to pick and choose the resources and activities that best suit their interests and learning styles. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to submit their work to Teacher Autumn, who eagerly anticipates class participation and is excited to share her knowledge of our feathered friends with all participants
