Do you have a new cat or kitten in your home? Are you excited to learn how to introduce a cat into your home? We will cover what you need for a new cat, how to cat proof your house, how to introduce your kitten or cat to the rest of the family, and what to expect at the first veterinary visits. We will use a mixture of videos and pictures with google slides to share material. My classes are all about fun and the students are encouraged to ask and answer questions. No experience with cats necessary. In addition to seasoned cat lovers, this class is also for people who don't have a cat in their life just yet.
Learning Goals
Be able to explain what a cat needs: food, toys, litter box etc.
Understand the basics of cat proofing a home.
Understand the basics of introducing cats to the family.
Know what to expect with the first veterinary visits.
