Class Experience
This is a one-time lesson about extreme beetles. We will learn about a variety of beetles, habitat, and other interesting facts. We will learn through stories and videos. Our class will begin with the story, then move to the video, and finish with a related bug craft. We will ask and answer questions related to these beetles. I like to know what kind of insects the students have where they live. I like to use PowerPoint to show the stories and videos. We will work together on the craft...
There may be some craft prep work needed, depending on the craft. We will try and complete the craft in class, but dependent on a student's skill level, may be finished outside of class.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Younger students may need some assistance with the craft portion of the class.
