Description

Class Experience

Bring your bear(s) to class. In this circle time class students will learn fun facts about bears. We will learn about 3 different types of bears (Polar, Panda and Black Bear). We will have story time ,art and show and tell. Students will be asked questions throughout the story to help with listening and comprehension skills.  After story time we will do a step-by-step guided drawing of the bear of the day. Students will be encouraged to share their drawing. 


At the beginning of each class,...

Supplies
1.Stuffed bear
2.Pencil & Paper
3.Drawing Medium: Crayons, Markers, or color pencil

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

2 hours 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
