Description
Class Experience
In this class we will first get to know each other and go over some simple instructions and sing a welcome song. We will then have circle time including the question of the day having to do with apples! We will also discuss the date and weather. We will then have some fun singing songs and reciting action rhymes about apples, as well as learning some fun facts about apples and end class by making some apple-inspired artwork using an apple and paint. I will make sure all learners needs are...
In this class, students will learn about apples including interesting facts, interactive songs and action rhymes and they will also create a fun art project that they can share with their family and friends. They will also practice critical thinking skills and social skills of turn taking and speaking in a small group setting.

Students are encouraged to bring an apple to class. We will be using part of the apple for the art project and they can eat the other part as a a snack during class. (Please help your child cut the apple if he or she needs help with this, I want everyone to stay safe) Students will also need a piece of paper, a paper plate or other plate (for the paint) and washable finger paint for the art project. No other items are needed for this class. Also as the parent or guardian you might want to make sure your child is in a place where it is okay to paint and that they are wearing the appropriate clothing for painting. Thanks! Items list: -Apple -Piece of paper -Paper plate or other plate to put paint on - Washable Finger paint (If these items can't be found at home they can each be purchased for $1 or less)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
