Students will review order of operations, Solving Equations, Simplifying Square Roots, Rules of Exponents, Polynomials and Factor. These concepts are helpful in Geometry and Algebra 2. I will post 3 to 4 videos weekly with a pdf of assignments and a weekly quiz. In addition, I will post a cumulative assessment the last week. I will use Ck-12.org for assessments and will provide you with a class code. My teaching style is I do, We do, You do. In the videos I will show you how to work a concept and then encourage you to pause to work out a problem before doing the pdf assignment. If you have problems with an assignment I will address this issue as often as needed and If necessary, I will create a video explaining the concept issues that occur.
