This Algebra 1 Regents Review class is designed to help students strengthen their understanding of key algebraic concepts and prepare for the New York State Algebra 1 Regents Exam on June 4th. The course will provide targeted practice, problem-solving strategies, and in-depth reviews of the material covered on the exam. By the end of the course, students will gain the confidence and skills needed to succeed on the exam.
Learning Goals
By the end of the course, students will be able to confidently perform algebraic operations, including solving linear equations, simplifying polynomials, and factoring quadratic equations, with 80% accuracy on practice problems and assessments.By the end of the course, students will be able to graph linear, quadratic, and exponential functions and identify key features (e.g., slope, vertex, intercepts) with 80% accuracy, as demonstrated in classwork and assessments.
