## Description

### Class Experience

I have several years experience with teaching Algebra I; in public schools and in private tutoring at my home. I teach for mastery and a solid understanding of the core concepts and skills.

Required homework, approximately 20-25 mins/day or 1.5 hours per week. This will vary slightly by topic.

Curriculum will be provided from the instructor. A printer is required to print notes/assignments. A basic calculator is needed; TI 30 XIIS highly recommended.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Optional tests at the completion of each unit.

2 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
