This one time class will help prepare your middle or high school math student for their Algebra 1 or Integrated Math 1 exam or EOC (End of Course Test) with a review of major topics covered in the course in a fun game style format. Further topics are reviewed in my Class 2 and 3 for Algebra Review. ***Please note Class 1 doesn't need to be taken before class 2 or 3, as the classes cover completely different review material. Student will review the topics of solving equations, solving inequalities, slope, linear equations, and systems of equations. 5 questions will be presented on each topic, ranging from simple application to more advanced word problems, and students will have the opportunity to work individually, and with the group to solve them. The teacher will explain each question in depth as needed, to help students review past material. Game slides will be used to present and review the material as well as reteaching and whole group discussion where needed. This course is intended for middle or high school students currently taking an Algebra 1 or Integrated Math 1 course.
