Welcome to Algebra 1! This fast-paced course is designed to build a strong foundation in algebra, giving you the skills and confidence to tackle mathematical challenges with ease. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your problem-solving abilities or prepare for future math courses, this class will guide you through essential algebraic concepts in an engaging and interactive way. Class Structure This course combines direct instruction, guided practice, and independent learning. Each week, students will engage in interactive lessons that include problem-solving exercises. Regular quizzes and unit tests help ensure mastery of each topic before advancing to the next. Teaching Approach My teaching style is student-centered and highly interactive. I aim to make math relatable and enjoyable by incorporating visual supports, technology, and real-world examples into lessons. Interaction and Support Students will have regular opportunities to interact with me during live sessions, and one-on-one tutoring is available for additional support at an extra cost. I provide personalized feedback to help each student succeed. Parents are encouraged to stay involved through progress updates and are welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns. In this Algebra 1 course, you’ll experience a blend of structured instruction and interactive learning, making the journey of mastering algebra both effective and enjoyable.
