Each Lesson will consist of four parts; example, you do, practice and exit ticket. Students are free to ask questions and for teacher support on the ‘you do’ and ‘practice’ portions of the lesson. Students will complete the exit ticket independently and will receive feedback from the teacher upon turning in their work. 

Each project will vary depending on the topic, some projects may include real-world examples such as adding prices of items together, adding fractions in a recipe and more!

Day 1: the distributive property lesson 
Day 2: the distributive property project 

Week of 10/30/23 - 11/3/23 
Day 1: intro to factoring lesson 
Day 2: intro to factoring project 


Week of 11/6/23 - 11/10/23 
Day 1: Solving one and two step equations lesson 
Day 2: Solving one and two step equations project 

Week of 11/13/23 - 11/17/23 
Day 1:  Solving multi-step equations lesson 
Day 2:  Solving multi-step equations project

Feel free to print out the documents and turn in photos of your work if that works best for you. You can also message me the photos of your work on outschool if you prefer. Here are some ways to edit the pdfs electronically: 
-Open the pdfs as a google doc 
-Use lumin pdf editor 
-Work on notebook paper and message me on outschool your answers to the exit ticket if all else fails
