This is a 9 week course equivalent to a 1st Quarter of Algebra 1. This class will be intense and in depth and will provide a necessary thorough foundation for students who will take either Geometry or Algebra 2 the following the entire 4 quarter course of Algebra 1 course.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will not be graded unless the parent explicitly asks for it. Students will be given projects, quizzes, and tests but only as a measure of progress and to gain feedback on their work.
3 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 4+ hours per week outside of class.
Requirements for to take this class:
       - Student must be entering Grade 9 or Grade 8 WITH Teacher Recommendation.

- Please look at the refund policy. Please read the supply list.

- Please be aware, If the minimum is not met class will be pushed back until minimum enrollment is met. It is not feasible for me to teach a 9 week class for just 2 students.
