This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for students to review and practice solving various types of equations as typically taught in pre-algebra and reviewed at the beginning of most Algebra 1 curriculums. Below is a list of concepts that we will be covering during this class. •Day 1: One-step and two-step equations •Day 2: Multi-step equations •Day 3: Equations with variables on both sides •Day 4: Absolute value equations and Re-writing multi-variable equations •Day 5: Solving and Graphing One-Step and Multi-Step Inequalities •Day 6: Solving and Graphing Compound Inequalities Please note that this is a multi-day class with a set schedule. Please review the entire schedule before enrolling, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you!

Hello! I have been teaching and working in the public school setting for the past nineteen years, and tutoring privately for the past ten years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and developed skills as an online educator when schools had to close for the pandemic. I have continued to work online with learners today, and truly enjoy it. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.Reviews
