By the end of this class, learners will have examined Ursula Kuczynski and her role in Soviet espionage before and during World War II.
I have a bachelor's degree in History and am pursuing an MA in International Relations. My undergraduate thesis examined Soviet espionage in the United States from 1930-1955. I have taught multiple history courses online and in person to Middle and High School students, and I have been teaching on Outschool for the past two years. Many of my classes focus on intelligence and espionage history and how it impacted global events. I also offer courses on the Russian Revolution, the early Cold War, and Holocaust witnesses. This class looks at themes and events such as war, espionage, betrayal, and period politics. It is designed for learners 12 years and older.
This class is inspired by Ben Macintyre's book "Agent Sonya: Moscow's Most Daring Wartime Spy". Prior knowledge of this book or history of the period is not necessary for this class.
