They are open to book as is, but they are not the only options available. As well, the pricing listed is a flat rate for the party length shown (pricing for this offering is not structured per-learner). Please reach out for more info and to request your preferred day/time.*** ----------OVERVIEW---------- This one-time "class" is a private virtual party offering based on Miss Krystina's popular program "Superhero Play with Agent K". This offering can be personalized to any occasion and customized uniquely for your learner, and includes: -a private section for you and your guests -personalized superhero training, games, story time, and ceremony -a special certificate for your learner to commemorate the celebration, dated and signed by Agent K -facilitated social time and guest interaction -info and reminder posts in the classroom to keep your guests informed -early entry for guests to check in and setup for the surprise -virtual goody bag (ex. coloring pages, puzzles, and other superhero "fun-sheets") -unlimited correspondence with Miss Krystina leading up to the party ----------DETAILS---------- This listing is currently catered to a 45min Birthday Party booking which costs $120 total (flat rate). It's recommended that 45min be booked for no more than 10 learners (guest of honor + 9), but a larger group can be accommodated with activity adjustments. 30min, 60min, and 90min options are also available, as well as the option to include a craft and/or add special certificates for multiple/all guests. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or to request a quote! Here is a sample of what can be included in a 45min Birthday Party booking: 1. Surprise! Guests will be asked to create "Happy Birthday" signs for the Birthday Learner and to join the classroom meeting 5 min before party start. When the Birthday Learner enters at party start, we will surprise them with our signs and a big "Happy Birthday!" 2. Meet and Greet with Agent K Guests will have a chance to show off their super-suit and super-gear, as well as be introduced to their superhero trainer and party entertainer: Agent K, your friendly neighborhood superhero trainer extraordinaire. 3. Interactive Storytime featuring a favorite superhero The Birthday Learner will get to choose (in advance) which superhero or superheroes they'd like Agent K to highlight. 4. Superhero Training Agent K will lead participants through a series of super-sequences for everyone to learn and master popular superhero moves and become their own superhero. ***This portion of the party involves physical activity and requires an open space, level floor, and non-slippery footwear (or bare feet) for safe participation.*** 5. Superhero Games As part of and in addition to the Superhero Training, we will play interactive party games such as "I Spy", "Freeze Dance", and "Simon Says", all themed around superheroes and superhero trivia. 6. Superhero Ceremony The Birthday Learner will be awarded a special certificate, dated and signed by Agent K, to commemorate the celebration and their superhero training. ***Certificate will be sent out prior to the party so that you have the option to print it and present a hard copy during the ceremony.*** 7. Birthday Wishes We will sing Happy Birthday and each guest will have a chance to share a birthday message or wish for the Birthday Learner. ----------IMPORTANT TO NOTE---------- Although this class is offered and run as a "private party" it still falls under all Outschool Class Policies. These policies include each learner/guest having their own account to attend individually through Outschool (even if sharing one device) and only learners enrolled participating on camera. Parents/Guardians will be welcome to join in singing Happy Birthday on camera, if you wish, but will have to remain off screen the rest of the time. This booking also falls under Outschool's limited refund policy which means you'll have up to a week before the party to cancel (or 24hrs after booking, if booked within one week of the party). Parental Guidance
---EARLY ARRIVAL---
Guests will be asked to arrive 5min early for the party in order to complete their Zoom check (verify learner account) and setup for the surprise.
---SUPERHERO TRAINING---
Learners will need an open space, level flooring, and non-slippery footwear (or bare feet) to participate in the superhero training portion of the party which will include large physical movement such as running and jumping. Stretching beforehand is not required as we will stretch together. Please make sure your learner has water nearby to drink as needed. Learners should also have a parent or guardian nearby supervising, to ensure they are safely participating and following along the instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: When participating in any physical activity, there is the possibility of injury. All learners agree to participate in this program voluntarily and assume all risk of injury to themselves.
---MUTE/UNMUTE---
Some learners may need assistance muting/unmuting on Zoom. Though the goal will be to keep everyone unmuted for the duration of the party, there may be times participants will need to be muted to ensure everyone can hear instructions clearly or to eliminate background noise as necessary.
Supply List
BIRTHDAY/CELEBRATORY SIGN: Guests are asked to create a Birthday/Celebratory sign or card for the "Learner of Honor" on their own time prior to the party. These signs will be a surprise for the "Learner of Honor" and will be shared at the start of the party. WHAT TO WEAR: Learners are encouraged to dress up as superheroes for the party, however this is not mandatory. Please keep in mind how hot it might get inside your super-suit and plan for a quick change if needed. WATER: Please have water nearby to hydrate as needed. VIRTUAL GOODY BAG: The virtual goody bag is usually a combination of 3 activity sheets such as a coloring page, maze/puzzle, and word search. Though all learners attending the party will have access to the Virtual Goody Bag when it is posted to the classroom in advance of the party, they do not need to print or have a printed copy with them for the party. CERTIFICATE: The celebratory certificate for the "Learner of Honor" will be a personalized certificate to commemorate the celebration and completing their superhero training. It will be put together and sent to the client in advance of the party and can be printed by the client to present a hard copy of the certificate to the "Learner of Honor" during the party.
