This class will explore the stories of individuals put into impossible situations and being forced to use their wits to survive. Throughout history people have found themselves in challenging survival situations and in this class we will explore those stories in detail. This class is taught by a middle school teacher with 15 years of experience and all material will be covered in a kid-friendly way. There will be mentions of injury and struggle but only in a manner that is age-appropriate for classroom learners.
While this class will discuss challenging situations where people are faced with bodily injury and frightening circumstances it will be covered in an age-appropriate manner. The class will focus on the human will to survive and the stories behind those adventures.
