Students will learn about the evolution of horses. The topics covered will be 1)The first horses of 55 million years ago 2)The progress of evolution for the horses 3)The fusing of horse feet 4)How horses took over the world 5)Domestication of the horse 6)How horses were bred to carry humans 7)Extinct relatives of the horses My class will be structured along the evolutionary history of the horse and its interaction with humans I will teach using a mix of lectures, documentary clips and slides My teaching style can be described as interactive Learners will get to interact with me via video clips, lectures and discussion. No required knowledge needed

Students will learn about how early horses first came about and how they became the way they were today.
