Welcome to my Afro beats inspired fitness dance class. An indoor dance class, which brings the sounds of African music to your doorstep. Students will be participating in a series of instructed stretch's, and African inspired dance movements that will work the entire body. This class is fun and interactive. It is a fantastic way for students to relieve stress and boost their confidence. This class is suitable for beginners. No prior knowledge is necessary just bring your smiles. There will be opportunities for students to rest and hydrate between reps. We will start with a warm up and then warm down before ending the lesson.
Learning Goals
This is a fun fitness dance class. Students will learn a few dance movements that they can use on the dance floor.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Please ensure that there are no obstructions and that participants have water close by. Students will need to be wearing comfortable clothing. Students will also need a towel. I will be bare foot there is no need for trainers, but students are free to wear socks with grips. Socks without grips are not permitted.
