Description
Class Experience
This is a fun fitness dance class. Students will learn a few dance movements that they can use on the dance floor.
I have qualifications in dance as part of my undergraduate degree. I have traditionally danced West African dances all of my life.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please ensure that there are no obstructions and that participants have water close by. Students will need to be wearing comfortable clothing. Students will also need a towel. I will be bare foot there is no need for trainers, but students are free to wear socks with grips. Socks without grips are not permitted.
