Class Experience
Students will be able to prepare three African-inspired dishes to enjoy with family and friends.
I love to cook and experiment with different flavors from around the world. I enjoy preparing authentic African dishes for my family and friends to enjoy.
A tool and ingredient list will be provided in the classroom in advance before the class. These are easy-to-come-by ingredients that can be purchased from local grocery stores.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class is hands-on. We will be using the oven and sharp utensils. For students who may need assistance at any point, parental supervision is advised. Adults must however remain off camera for the safety of all learners.
