At Adventures Art Studio, students will be guided to draw animals with step-by-step instructions and interesting facts will be shared along the way. Once they complete the drawing of the featured animal, they can use various materials to create a background related to marine animals. The goal of the class is to have fun learning about and drawing animals.
I have more than 20 years of experience teaching and creating with children in various settings including leading camps, afterschool programs, and other children's programs. Over the last six years, I have taught young learners online and homeschooled my own children. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and I am passionate about utilizing my knowledge and research skills to educate children about the fascinating world of animals. I have provided private conversational English and science tutoring on Outschool for a few years using a program named Favorite Things. Additionally, I offer anatomy lessons as an alternative to dissection and classes that involve compound microscopes.
